Voolty is a cashback platform that allows users to receive a refund of a percentage of their purchases made at partner stores through our affiliate links.

The service works as follows:

• User registers on the platform
• Accesses partner stores through our links
• Makes purchases as usual
• Receives a percentage of the purchase value as cashback
• Can withdraw accumulated balance to their bank account

3. Registration and User Account

To use the cashback service, you must create a user account by providing accurate and current information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that:

• Provide false information
• Use the service fraudulently
• Violate these terms and conditions
• Engage in activities that harm other users or the service

4. How Cashback Works

Cashback is calculated on the net purchase value (excluding taxes, shipping, and additional discounts). Cashback percentages may vary by store and current promotions.

Cashback goes through the following states:

• Pending: The purchase has been recorded but not yet confirmed by the store
• Confirmed: The store has validated the purchase and the cashback is available
• Rejected: The purchase was canceled, returned, or did not meet the requirements

Confirmation time varies by store, ranging from 30 to 90 days.

5. Withdrawals

Users can request withdrawal of their confirmed balance once the minimum threshold is reached. Withdrawals are made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Venmo to the account provided by the user.

Withdrawal processing time is 5 to 10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voolty acts as an intermediary between users and partner stores. We are not responsible for:

• Products or services purchased at the stores
• Delivery issues, returns, or warranties
• Changes in cashback percentages by the stores
• Cashback rejections by affiliate networks

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of HURTADO GLOBAL MEDIA GROUP LLC or their respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
